Medial Column Plating System

The Gorilla® Medial Column Plating System features 30 total plates optimized for anatomical fit, deformity correction, durability, and strength. Thicknesses of 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm are offered in certain plates to provide a thicker option when necessary. All screw holes accommodate both locking and non-locking 2.7 mm, 3.5 mm or 4.2 mm screw. Medial Column Arch plates have options to span the 1st metatarsal to the talus, the 1st metatarsal to the navicular, or medial cuneiform to the talus. The Medial Column Rescue Plates have 3 lengths available with uniform hole spacing that may provide a better fit in some patients or in revision cases where previous screw holes may be present.
